杜の妖精 芋焼酎 25度
あの、「侍士の門」で一躍名をとどろかせた太久保酒造さんの限定のやきいも焼酎。
太久保酒造さんは、鹿児島県大崎町の小さな蔵元さんです。
洗芋から、蒸留、瓶詰めラベル貼りに至る全作業をコツコツと手作業で行っています。
その為、量を売ることにより質を売ることを信条としています。
ところで「杜の妖精」ってネーミングちょっと変わってますよね。
蔵元さまいわく、「蔵に住みつく妖精達が、自然の恵みに感謝し、真心こめて丁寧に作り上げた芋焼酎」なんだとか。
妖精が作っているかどうかはさておき、この焼酎は中々すごいのです。
