白黄吟味 二天一流 鉄幹 芋焼酎 25度
「二天一流 鉄幹」は焼酎白麹、甕壷仕込みの酒母に清酒用黄麹を主原料のさつま芋と共に加え仕込みました。
ただ工程が増えたのではなく白麹菌、黄麹菌の特性を活かした仕込みになっており、白麹のすっきりとした甘さに、黄麹の奥行きのある味わいがあります。
